That is why you should do at least 30 min of exercise per day. The
type of exercise is not too important, what is important is that you
should find it difficult. How difficult? Well you should not be able to
hold a conversation with your partner but not too hard that you are
finding it difficult to breathe. Be sensible you may not have done this
for some time...The secret to a good exercise plan is " a little often"
rather than two hours every other week, 30min per day, every day,
building this up to 45min. Most people can manage 30min a day,
without much of a problem, lets face it, it is without doubt the most
important 30min of your day. To be honest the easiest way to start is to
walk to the shops and leave the car, use the stairs and not a lift etc..
easy really, we can all do it but most of the time we can not be
bothered.
